Allbound and Powell Software partner up to sharpen their hybrid workplace focus

The global Covid 19 pandemic has changed the face of workforces across the world, with many businesses now opting for fully remote or ‘hybrid’ workplaces

Digital workplace specialist Powell Software has signed a partnership agreement with leading Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, Allbound.

As part of the deal, the pair will work together to expand profitability and value for channel partners globally with a new dedicated partner portal in a digital-first world.

“As a partner-first organization looking to support businesses in a digital-first world, it made sense to have a PRM solution that was in-line with our thinking. We are growing 100% year-on-year and we recognized that to continue this momentum, a more structured channel strategy is absolutely critical. We knew we could turn to Allbound to provide a best-in-class experience to us and all of our channel partners and Allbound’s platform will be the foundation of our PRM strategy to support triple-digit growth next year and well into the future,” said Edouard Payenneville, VP Channel and Strategic Partnerships at Powell Software.

This is the first time Powell Software has rolled out a unified PRM platform globally as it seeks to drive growth and support firms of all sizes that need to connect employees in the new working environment.

Powell Software will be leveraging Allbound’s Partner Journey Automation module, which allows channel leaders to input workflows that push their partners through an engagement process within the partner portal. Powell will be using this in conjunction with its marketing automation platform, PLEZI, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to send perfectly timed correspondence and communication.

With 70 active partners across the globe covering 35 markets on all continents, Powell Software’s ambition is to help organizations deploy and leverage modern digital workplaces to connect their employees across three unified pillars: Communication, Collaboration and Business Processes.

“This deal marks a significant step for Allbound as we further reinforce our expansion into EMEA. The world has changed significantly in the last year, with some clients managing to increase channel-led revenue by 50% year-on-year and others witnessing a 956% monthly increase as companies flock to find software solutions to support new working practices. This deal with Powell Software provides a validation of our revolutionized approach to a tried and tested methodology of leveraging partnerships effectively as part of an organization’s sales and marketing strategy,” said Meshach Amuah-Fuster, Managing Director EMEA at Allbound.
