Allbound and Channel Mechanics #1PRM!

Welcome back to my bi-weekly post, where I share learnings, wins and losses from our building the Allbound Value Alliance #Ava from scratch.

This post has a slightly different feel to it today, based on some exciting news that we announced last week at the company.

Allbound has acquired Channel Mechanics to create the most comprehensive PRM out there. #1PRM. 👀

I'm just back from a week of intense, exciting and fun work with Kenneth Fox and #TeamCM at their HQ in (not so sunny!) Galway. ☔

Channel Mechanics provides the leading channel enablement platform, automating channel partner programs including #rebates, #incentives , #MDF, #partnerlevelling, #dealreg, #renewals, #spiffs and partner performance monitoring for the world's biggest companies.

At Allbound, we pride ourselves on delivering the best partner experience through our portal, tailored to benefit our customers' partners. We understand that low partner engagement and lack of perceived partner value  can be serious blockers to a successful relationship, which is why this combination is a perfect fit. 🤝

Combining Allbound's leading PRM platform with Channel Mechanics' 

depth of automation creates an ideal partner experience, while catering to the often complex needs of partner programs of all sizes. This collaboration allows us to better serve our customers and their partners, underscoring our commitment to ecosystem-first strategies.

Echoing Jay McBain, we're in the decade of the ecosystem. This acquisition reinforces our belief in an ecosystem-first future, providing a unified toolset for partner professionals to grow and scale their programs.

Rob Rebholz of Superglue recently highlighted the lack of tooling support for partner professionals compared to direct sales teams. We wholeheartedly agree!

By combining our technology, expertise and a religious focus on our customers, we're addressing this need, standing with partner professionals to offer the support they need across a broad range of program sizes, industries and partner types.

Are we maintaining our course of our own partnership-first GTM? You betcha. The two companies will seek out mutually beneficial opportunities to partner with likeminded businesses as we grow. It's the future, and we're committed.

We'll continue to refine our Allbound and Channel Mechanics offering and pursue strategic acquisitions to become the most effective ecosystem growth platform for partner teams.
