Allbound Admin Support Center
Hold onto your shorts! The official Admin Support Center rolls out next week. New to Allbound? Forgot how to upload a piece of content? We’ve got you! The Support Center will be available to all admins and provides 24/7 access to videos, how-to and troubleshooting resources. Watch out for additional information coming early next week.
Improved Form Management
We’ve vastly improved the Forms section of Allbound Settings. (Vastly might be a strong word, but it’s pretty awesome). You have the ability to more easily manage the forms that drive your Allbound system, and we’re saving you a handful of clicks by featuring quick links to the individual forms.
Better Visibility on API Keys
While API visibility was always available on each form, we’ve now filled the API tab (in System Utilities) with all of the API keys that are currently being used on your various Allbound forms. This doesn’t change functionality, again it gives you a few clicks and minutes back in your day.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS RESOLVED
- Patched a bug related to Company Associations not saving to user profiles in certain situations
- Fixed a styling issue with the default images on the Leaderboard
- User and time/date stamp on Sandbox refresh
