Sales Development Representative

Allbound is seeking an #AllStar Sales Development Representative to generate outbound meetings.  You’ll get the chance to work in a fast paced environment with an incredible coach and plenty of opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow.  Our U.S. Sales Manager and one of our top AEs started as SDRs only a few years ago!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate at least 7 qualified meetings per month
  • Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and metrics
  • Utilize multiple touch points to qualify potential opportunities
  • Keep up to date with our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
  • Align Allbound solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
  • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities

Required Experience:

  • The ability to demonstrate a consultative selling approach in the mid-market/enterprise space
  • Experience managing your own schedule as a remote employee

Allbound is seeking an #AllStar Sales Development Representative to work side-by-side with our Senior Executives to evangelize the Allbound value proposition and assist in the strategic sale of both Allbound’s software and its channel sales and marketing methodology.

To be a good fit for the position, we have to make sure we align on a few key things. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to work for a Phoenix-based SaaS start-up that is poised for continued growth. Our future Sales Development Representative is seeking both an opportunity for advancement within Allbound’s sales and marketing team, as well as looking to make a positive difference for the potential customer’s business.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Utilize emails and calls to qualify and disqualify potential opportunities
    • Set up appointments for account executives to close the deal 
    • Keep up to date with our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
    • Align Allbound solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
    • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
    • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments scheduled

    Required Experience

    • The ability to demonstrate a consultative selling approach.
    • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills that enable comfortable interaction with senior-level sales and marketing executives.
    • The ability to guide prospects through the Allbound sales process.
    • An understanding of the SaaS marketplace and both sales and marketing platforms. A general command of SaaS language and the main players is ideal. You should be comfortable talking Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, and everything in between — bonus points if you’re familiar with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or channel partner platforms. 

    Minimum Requirements

    • A proven track record of success in a similar role
    • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

      Full Stack Engineer

      Allbound is seeking a detail oriented and process-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer (SaaS Platform Developer). As the title says, this job is end-to-end, full stack platform development. You will be a large part of a small team of dedicated developers building out a feature-rich, API-driven platform that hosts such clients.

      To be a good fit for the position, we have to make sure we align on a few key things. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to work for a Phoenix-based SaaS startup that is poised for continued growth. Our future senior full stack engineer will help shape the system, the code, and the vision. Your code, written in this agile environment, will go from concept to completion quickly, but smartly. You’ll be able to put your stamp on this product from day one.

      Required Experience

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field / extensive work experience

      • Expert-level knowledge in OOD/OOP in PHP or similar web development language or framework (5+ years)

      • Advanced knowledge of HTTP API development and patterns like REST (4+ years)

      • Advanced experience with SQL or NoSQL database design and interaction (4+ years)

      • Advanced experience with microservice architectures

      • Proficient in JavaScript development and frameworks

      • Understanding of web development patterns like MVC

      • Comfortable with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

      • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, solid team player, with demonstrated abilities in analysis and problem-solving.

      Big Pluses

      • Security conscious and familiar with best practices and industry standards

      • Comfortable in a polyglot environment and adept at learning new languages

      • Experience with Docker and container management systems like Kubernetes

      • Proficient with AWS services, especially in the Compute, Database, Storage, and Analytics products

      • Proficient with CI/CD platforms

      • CMS development experience

      • Knowledge of “the channel” or indirect sales teams and software they use (they are our users)

      • Experience with automating e-commerce applications with Stripe or similar third-party vendors

      • Familiarity with popular CRMs like Salesforce.com and Dynamics
