QA Automation Engineer

Allbound is seeking a QA Automation Engineer, who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to expand our PRM platform globally, to support our ever growing customer base.

The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for overall quality of the product and should take ownership of quality of sprint deliveries. You will coordinate and oversee technical standards, including coding standards, tools and platforms for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

      • Develop and configure software that delivers test automation suites that meet our business coverage objectives
      • Write and maintain test cases
      • Take ownership of projects and sprints deliverables
      • Learn and understand the business domain and application architecture
      • Perform initial diagnosis when automated test suites fail
      • Be a stakeholder & contributor for projects which aims to continuously improve the QA function at Allbound
      • Improve process and quality via test and process automation: defining right strategy and technology based on process and architecture assessment by engaging different roles and stakeholders

 

Qualifications

      • Expert in UI Automation using tools like Selenium web driver & Automation framework development with HANDS-ON
      • HANDS-ON with Katalon Studio would be a plus
      • Proficient in Java/Groovy/Python as programming language
      • Expert in API testing (manual and automation) using Rest Assured framework, Postman, etc.
      • Exposure and know-how of performance testing and security testing tools
      • Knowledge of AWS / Cloud would be a plus
      • Should be self-driven engineer with desire to use practical and professional concepts in QA along with application of QA standards and procedures to resolve routine issues
      • Should be able to write use cases based on product requirements, execute them and report issues in bug tracking system
      • Should be self starter, lead and self contributing to the QA team to build robust and flexible Automated Testing Framework
      • Hands-on current experience authoring, building and adopting large scale, cross-functional automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across back-end integration, database levels, UI.

Allbound Integrations Integration Specialist works with the Customer Success and Development teams to build and support customer systems.  Allbound integrates with a number of different CRMs and Integration Specialists will work to troubleshoot live integrations, assist with customer product questions, work with Customer Success Managers and Integrations Specialists on custom customer projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Comfortable engaging customers in a variety of ways including email, and video calls
    • Ability to effectively multi-task, as this position will be required to meet deadlines on projects, while remaining flexible enough to problem solve real-time issues that might occur for customers
    • Experience with multiple Customer Relationship Management systems (Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, Pipedrive, Hubspot CRM, etc) a plus, minimal understanding of Salesforce CRM a MUST
    • Ability to work alone and with a team
    • Responsible for keeping up with industry best practices to contribute to advancing customer systems as well as the Allbound platform
    • Comfortable holding high-level technical discussions on topics like OAuth setup, API keys, data transformations, CRM workflow and process creation
    • Self-Starter with ability to quickly learn a variety of systems, as new integrations are introduced
    • Ability to effectively think big picture and understand how a change in one system may impact the others (positively or negatively) that it may already be connected to.

     

    Required:

    • 3 + years of Integrations, CRM, or Technical Implementation experience
    • Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
    • SFDC best practice knowledge

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Generate at least 7 qualified meetings per month
      • Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and metrics
      • Utilize multiple touch points to qualify potential opportunities
      • Keep up to date with our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
      • Align Allbound solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
      • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM

          Front End Engineer

          Allbound is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Front-end Engineer. If React, HTML5 and CSS are your jam, this is your festival. You will be a large part of a small team of dedicated developers building out a feature-rich, API-driven platform that hosts a variety of big logos around the globe.

          As a front-end engineer your input is vital, as you will help shape the platform, the code, and the product vision. Your code, written in this agile environment, will go from concept to completion quickly, but smartly. You’ll be able to put your stamp on this product from day one.

          Primary Responsibilities:

          • Executing product vision with the team
          • Designing, developing and delivering the frontend platform that supports new features in a lean, agile environment
          • Taking ownership of features from backlog through deployment

          Qualifications

          • 3+ years experience in web-based front-end development with a specific focus on React and Redux ecosystem
          • Advanced experience with REST API interaction
          • Advanced skills in HTML 5 and CSS 3
          • Advanced experience with the DOM, DOM manipulation and the ins and outs of asynchronous web development including a strong JavaScript skills including ES6
          • Ability to create complex interfaces with HTML and CSS from fidelity designs and prototypes
          • Experience with at least one of the major build tools: webpack, gulp, grunt, etc.
          • Familiar with Node and npm (don’t need to be an expert)
          • Proficient in OOO pattern and development
          • Proficient in devops practices with tools such as GitHub

          • Experience with Sass
          • Familiar with CSS methodologies such as BEM, SMACSS, Atomic design, etc.
          • Experience with Jira or similar tool to track user stories through development
          • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure development a plus
          • Comfortable in Agile Scrum development
          • Bachelor’s Degree in CS or related field a plus
