Customer Success Implementation Specialist

Allbound is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist. You will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role by establishing rapport and building strong client relationships as one of the first points of contact after contracts are signed. 

The CS Implementation Specialist is responsible for understanding the needs of clients, adapting production onboarding and training, and setting up clients for success in order to achieve tangible results from the Allbound platform.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum
    • At least two years’ experience in SaaS implementation services or customer success/support services
    • Project management experience
    • Experience on-boarding customers to a new application
  • Preferred
    • Experience in Customer Success software (i.e. Gainsight, Totango, Amity, etc)
    • Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
  • Take responsibility for the success of customer implementations of Allbound software and integrations. 
  • Consult with customers to gather requirements and translate to the Allbound platform features and functionalities using product and industry best practices.
  • Configure the Allbound platform for customers using a training and enablement approach.
  • Ensure that customers are knowledgeable about, and can successfully use, Allbound’s products and services.
  • Facilitate touch points and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and share best practices, project standards and methodologies with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes, policies and procedures.
  • Become an expert and maintain working knowledge of the Allbound platform and features to educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
  • Work closely with other functional teams to troubleshoot functional issues during implementation to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Account Executive

Allbound is seeking an #AllStar Strategic Sales Executive to evangelize the Allbound value proposition and strategically sell both Allbound’s software and its channel sales and marketing methodology. You will be a key member of our sales team.

To be a good fit for the position, we have to make sure we align on a few key things. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to work for a SaaS startup, has 2-7 years of SaaS closing experience and, ideally, has an understanding of the channel.

    Primary Responsibilities:

        • Building relationships with our buyer personas at enterprise and mid-sized companies.
        • Mastering the demonstration of Allbound’s software solutions and services and clearly identifying and communicating how our features and benefits align to prospect needs.
        • Guiding and providing expert advice to companies looking to accelerate partner sales. 
        • Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
        • Flexing your muscles as an expert in channel sales and marketing, as well as inbound marketing strategies.
        • Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery to live software demonstration and the creation and delivery of a custom statement of work and proposal, as well as the critical handoff to Allbound’s Customer Success department.
        • Working collaboratively with marketing and product development departments to execute sales strategies as Allbound introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
        • Acting as a conduit between the market and Allbound to identify trends in (or not within) the market that Allbound can capitalize on. 
        • Plus, you’ll bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

    Required Experience:

        • Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
        • Experience in a startup environment, if possible
        • 2-7+ years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or innovative online product environment
        • Experience selling to or working with director-level sales, business development and marketing professionals.
        • The ability to navigate through our prospects’ highly unique and complex sales ecosystems and identify a strategic solution that serves their technological, philosophical and operational needs.
        • The ability to advance Allbound’s vision and unique Partner Sales Acceleration methodology

    • Design, validate and document technical solutions to share with prospective customers
    • Collect and analyze feedback from prospective customers to influence roadmap, collaborating with sales, CS, engineering, and product management teams to meet our prospects’ business challenges and align with our internal business objectives
    • Participate in RFI/RFP process and respond to technical assessments

    Requirements

    • 2+ years’ professional experience working in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or related consulting role within enterprise software. Experience in the online video or technology industries is a plus.
    • Experience fully understanding technology platform capabilities
    • Experience representing technical concepts to an audience of varying technical understanding
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
