Customer Success Implementation Specialist

Allbound is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist. You will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role by establishing rapport and building strong client relationships as one of the first points of contact after contracts are signed. 

The CS Implementation Specialist is responsible for understanding the needs of clients, adapting production onboarding and training, and setting up clients for success in order to achieve tangible results from the Allbound platform. 

To be a good fit for the position, we have to make sure we align on a few key things. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to work for a SaaS startup that is poised for continued growth.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum
    • At least two years’ experience in SaaS implementation services or customer success/support services
    • Project management experience
    • Experience on-boarding customers to a new application
  • Preferred
    • Experience in Customer Success software (i.e. Gainsight, Totango, Amity, etc)
    • Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
  • Take responsibility for the success of customer implementations of Allbound software and integrations. 
  • Consult with customers to gather requirements and translate to the Allbound platform features and functionalities using product and industry best practices.
  • Configure the Allbound platform for customers using a training and enablement approach.
  • Ensure that customers are knowledgeable about, and can successfully use, Allbound’s products and services.
  • Facilitate touch points and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and share best practices, project standards and methodologies with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes, policies and procedures.
  • Become an expert and maintain working knowledge of the Allbound platform and features to educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
  • Work closely with other functional teams to troubleshoot functional issues during implementation to ensure an exceptional customer experience

SDR Manager

Allbound is seeking an #AllStar SDR Manager to come in as a player/coach. You’ll manage four SDRs immediately with the opportunity to grow the team as Allbound grows. You’ll work to enhance our SDR handbook and you are someone who is data and metrics driven. You must be an excellent collaborator as you will be working with and learning from multiple departments and leaders within the organization. This role reports directly into the Sr. Director of Marketing.

    Primary Responsibilities:

        • Experience achieving and exceeding quota in a quota-carrying prospecting role
        • Analytical thinking skills and data-driven decision making skills
        • The ability to demonstrate a consultative selling approach in the midmarket/enterprise space
        • Experience developing cadences to drive opportunity creation
        • Ability to create KPIs and create culture of training and accountability
        • Excellent interdepartmental skills

      • Develop your prospecting skills by collaborating with SDRs, Account Executives, and Marketing to take the next step in your career
      • Assist sales development team in data gathering via secondary and primary source research

      • Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing to support ABM initiatives
