CloudBees Switches to Allbound for Their PRM Solution
With their challenges identified, CloudBees switched to Allbound due to its intuitive product interface and fixed pricing.
Onboarding took about a month and after that, CloudBees was able to add all partners into the Allbound portal. Historically, CloudBees would have to manually approve or deny each contact associated with a partner, which was time-consuming. With Allbound, they can whitelist domains for all partners.
CloudBees utilizes Allbound PRM as a portal for collaborating with their partners. Partners come to the CloudBees partner portal at Allbound to learn the latest on CloudBees and the partner program. Partners can be trained to sell CloudBees products, co-brand CloudBees marketing assets to aid in selling, request marketing funds and register opportunities to sell CloudBees to allow great collaboration to support CloudBees’ prospects and customers.

Increased Partner Portal Logins, Increased Partner Engagement and Increased Deal Registrations
The improved portal experience provided by Allbound PRM enabled CloudBees to drive a 302% YoY increase in their monthly partner webinar attendance and a 339% YoY increase in deal registrations. CloudBees partner engagement also increased 357% after the switch.
