Better onboarding and in-system support coming (very) soon!
The CS team is stoked about a new in-system support system coming to Allbound on October 2nd. Main thing to know is the blue Allbound star launcher will be replaced — but don’t fear, we have plans to not only introduce you to it, we’ll make sure your partners know where to go. This new tool is going to be da bomb for our admins (that’d be you), but we are also hoping to extend the benefits to users with additional system resources. And eventually, we want to extend this new feature to you all to customize for your specific system.

• Contact Us form will now auto-add the user’s company 
• LOTS of security updates. We’re preventing XSS attacks (sounds really awesome! but apparently bad) and user session timeout limits
