 What’s New in Release 4.5.5

While we wish it was Friday, we totally recognize it is, in fact, only Wednesday. Based on some feedback, we are going to be sending out release notes the Wednesday prior to our code push. That way, if you have any questions or want to know more details on how a new feature or improvement might affect your system, you have ample time to reach out to your CSM. And now on with the show… 


Users, Companies and Groups
Lots of technical yak yak here, but really what you want (and need to know), is that now with some custom code we can do more around Users, Companies and Groups.

Increased documentation in Support Center
The Support Center keeps on growing, particularly in Tips and Tricks. Want to adjust the color in your system? Get ahold of your hex colors and go crazy. We are also going to start adding a lot around CRM integration troubleshooting and management. So stay tuned. 

Integration Manager moving into beta
The Dev team did a quick demo of the Integration Manager to the Customer Success team. We are officially moving the project to beta, which means we are one step closer to showing her off to the world. We will eventually get all customers onto the Integration Manager, and you’ll hear from your CSM when that time gets closer. But you will have more than enough notice.
