If you attended Sales Hacker's SalesStack conference this past fall, you got a glimpse into the growing world of B2B sales and marketing (sMarketing) technologies that are inundating the marketplace. In their January 2015 "Supergraphic," ChiefMarTec.com counted 1,876 vendors represented across 43 categories - nearly double the previous year. And with 2016 only a day away, I for one can't wait to see how high the the number grows as new categories like Account Based Marketing and Partner Sales Acceleration gain momentum.
Have a spreadsheet? Chances are there's an app for that. With innovation (and funding) continuing to accelerate in MarTech hotspots like Silicon Valley/San Francisco, Phoenix, Atlanta, Denver, and Austin, there seems to be a gadget, a tool, a digital-era solution for every sales and marketing challenge you can think of. Yet while we should all be thankful for such variety and innovation, building a sales stack that meets your needs and budget is now more difficult than ever.
Here at Allbound, we breathe B2B sales and marketing and our entire team is always itching to review or test the latest and greatest technologies our peers have to offer. And, let me tell you, there are a lot of really great products out there. To help, we've narrowed the list down to 25 "must-see" tools for your sales and marketing team in the New Year.
You won't necessarily see the "big guys" like Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, but rather highlights of newer companies who you may or may not have heard of by now but who are really disrupting the space.
Here they are in no particular order. Enjoy!
